Invites are more valuable

Whenever I find a pet that is just a few thousand dollars worth more than I have, I do not hesitate to send an invite to one of my Facebook friends that doesn't have Friends For Sale installed. In the past, you would earn $1,000 for every friend that you sent an invite to.

But now you earn $5,000 for each friend you invite. Don't be afraid to send an invite to your friends because if you enjoy playing the game, why wouldn't they?

Happy shopping!

hat you're "changing the rules" in such a deplorable way... I would've liked to ave these increases in the incomes as a bonus, somthing that lasted only for a couple of days and then back to normal... but making it a permanent change not only triggers "inflation" but also makes us realize that it can change again and again, turning all our work totally useless...

I mean, why would I put effort in acquiring valuable pets and making a good amount of money if this can mean nothing after another rule-change...

I only wish you shared my view and turned it back to normal!!

Are you complaining that you are getting more money? :)

Well why not? Would you rather we all start getting billion-dollar bonuses starting tomorrow?

pablo has a point. Increased allowances only cause inflation. We'll get more money, but people will cost more too. There are some pros and cons to this.

Pros: The game will get a brief but dramatic boost in pace as the market adjusts to the new inflation. The decreased bid rates and sales tax can also make the game faster in the long-run.

Most importantly, it will benefit new players who would otherwise be very poor relative to long-time players.

Cons: After the initial surge, everything will slow down to normal. When someone benefits, someone else must inevitably pay. In this case, inflation has increased everyone's income by 5x, so old players who have worked hard for so long will find that their work is now 5x less valuavble.

Overall, this change is good because it allows new players to join the game more easily and catch up with long-time players. However, now that FFS is well-established and everyone has been given a chance to join, I hope that we never again see a major increase in allowance. Such artificial inflation can seriously damage gameplay. If it does happen again, I can guarantee that people will get frustrated enough to quit.

No, he's complaining that EVERYONE is getting more money, thereby making the new money (and a lot of the old money) WORTHLESS. This is the equivalent of the government printing more money--all it does is drive inflation.

He's also complaining because the rules changed mid-stream, and might change again. So what's the point of playing?

i was wondering if creators of FFS can implement something. i dont want to keep inviting the same ppl over and over. is there a way to see who we invited and who we didnt... and possibly... how many times we've invited them?

i dont want to spam ppl

I am. I think it's of no good to the game as it's a change introduced out of the blue wich makes us wonder if current rules will last or soon we'll see our savings crushed again.
